Here are the TOS you will need to review to commission me!

❀ All payment must be made in USD through Paypal. Paypal fees will be added when the invoice is sent for your convenience.❀ I have the right to refuse a commission at any time, for any reason.❀ I work regular "office" hours of eight (8) hours a day, on weekdays. If a commission has been requested on the weekend, I will begin work the following Monday.❀ If I cancel a commission that is already in progress, I will issue partial refunds as follows:
Payment confirmed, no sketch produced: Full Refund
Sketch complete: 75% Refund
Ink: 50% Refund
Flat Colors: 25% Refund
Shading: 10% Refund
Complete Drawing: No Refund.❀ Revision fees apply if any changes are requested after the initial sketch has been approved of. I do not offer any free revisions after receiving confirmation to begin the inking stage. Revision fees can range from %25-%75 of the complete piece's cost depending on the complexity of the change required, and the amount of work previously completed.❀ Art has an average turnaround time of one week, to two months depending on the complexity of the image. If I experience delays in the work, I will message you to offer a partial refund, or to request an extension.❀ You must have a reference image of whatever character you'd like me to draw. If you would like help designing said character for a commission, there will be a 25%-75% of total price fee depending on the complexity of the to-be-design.❀ I will not draw any art featuring pedophilia, incest, heavy gore, or zoophilia.❀ I can draw NSFW upon request, DM me to see if your commission idea falls under my personal guidelines. (Don't worry, I don't bite!)❀ Unless otherwise requested by the commissioner, I will post the art to either my Twitter, FA, or NSFW Twitter account. If you would like the commission to remain private, I'll need your email to send you the image personally.❀ PLEASE do not repost my art without proper credit. If you would like to repost the image, you will need to add a direct link to my Twitter or Furaffinity account for credit, and ping me to let me know you've done so. (That way, I'll know you read the TOS and may reblog your repost so people will know you had permission to repost.)❀ My art may not be used for commercial purposes. You may use the commissioned image for personal use only, such as reblogging, reposting, icons, or items that will be given as a free gift to someone else without any other financial or personal gain from, or surrounding the image.❀ I do NOT allow use of my art to teach, feed, or otherwise involve in any way shape or form any AI bot.❀ I do NOT allow use my art for NFTs.❀ Any art that I have made by commission may be used as an "example" piece listed below, unless otherwise requested by the commissioner.❀❀❀
